Jasper County Sheriff’s Office

Michael D. Frier, 48, of Colfax, was charged with violation of a no contact order at 5:01 p.m. Wednesday after he was told not to return to a residence on South 36th Avenue West in Colfax. Frier returned to the residence later that day. He was arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail.

• Robert J. Wood, 36, of Sully, was charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon at 9:13 p.m. Dec. 3 when he allegedly shot two rounds from a pistol in the air at a residence on Station Street. Wood shot the pistol while talking with the victim in the driveway as the victim was attempting to leave the residence. He was arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail.

• Douglas L. Krier, 60, of Kellogg, was charged with possession of controlled substance — methamphetamine at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 3 after Krier was found in violation of a no contact order. Marijuana smoke was coming from the shed Krier was found at on Bolton Street in Kellogg. Law enforcement found a broken glass meth pipe, a cigarette used to smoke marijuana and a small glass container with a fine white powder, which tested positive for methamphetamine. Krier was arrested and taken to the Jasper County Jail.

• Thomas L. Henkel, 46, of Kellogg, was charged with driving while licensed denied or revoked at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday after Henkel was driving without a license in the 13200 block of Highway 6.
